At Tosoh Finechem, we conduct our business with a strong awareness of corporate social responsibility (CSR). In our daily operations, we are committed not only to reducing environmental impact but also to contributing to the realization of a sustainable society and the development of local communities.
As part of our community engagement efforts, we actively participate in local events such as the San Festa Shinnanyo festival, where we have entered a company mikoshi (portable shrine) since 2018, with employees coming together to liven up the event. We also take part in the Tosoh Group’s community clean-up activities and offer educational outreach to nearby elementary and junior high schools, fostering meaningful connections with local residents.
In addition, our efforts to promote employee health—such as the introduction of medical check-up equipment—have earned us recognition as a "Yamaguchi Healthy Management Company."
Our executives and employees strictly adhere to the Tosoh Group Code of Conduct, acting with integrity, fairness, and a strong sense of ethics. We also carry out regular compliance training and have established reporting and consultation systems to prevent and promptly address any compliance issues.
Thanks to these initiatives, we have received the Silver Medal from EcoVadis, a global sustainability rating agency based in France, for four consecutive years (as of 2025). Moving forward, we will continue to contribute to the development of a sustainable society through our business activities.
